Route 92 , this section was opened in 2008 by the Mayor of Whitworth Cllr Jim Mellor, a good asset to the valley allowing off road cycling as well as walking and horse riding etc

Nature of Walk:- Often in narrow valleys like Whitworth your views are restricted by houses. This walk proves how unusual/lucky we are in that respect

UP THE STEPS AND ALONG THE RIVER

Start:- Snack Bar opposite Oakenshaw Avenue

Nature of the walk :- A bit of up at start and finish. A mix of paved surface and potentially muddy paths

STROLL 12 - A,B+C LOBDEN

START: - Drive up Whitworth Rake, past Red Lion and Golf Club turn

Start :- Bus Stop Red Lion

Nature of Walk :- Starts on solid roadway, but then rougher and maybe muckier tracks
